With a background very firmly in the Service Provider community, Paul Adams now leads UK&I Marketing for Nokia. Having started his career at Cable and Wireless, Paul then joined Colt in its very early years. Subsequently at Newbridge Networks and Alcatel, Paul helped Service Providers across EMEA develop, launch and market innovative services using data networking technologies, and latterly ran Enterprise channel marketing in North America. Paul then spent some time as an independent marketing consultant to the ICT industry, before heading up EMEA marketing for the IP division of Ericsson. Joining Alcatel-Lucent in 2009, he has held a number of roles including as Marketing Director for the BT Global Account, the EMEA Media Sector and as the lead for a Global Market Insight team.
